Rachel began her path toward integrative and oriental medicine while studying for her bachelor’s degree in nursing at the University of Texas at Austin. During her time in school she felt a pull toward alternative healthcare after suffering from a chronic illness leading to depression and anxiety. She began receiving acupuncture, herbal medicine and food therapy to treat her illness.

After her experience of healing through Chinese medicine, she felt compelled to study the medicine and attended graduate school at the Academy of Oriental Medicine at Austin to receive a dual masters degree in both acupuncture and oriental medicine.

After graduate school she and her husband relocated to Missoula and Rachel began Whole Body Wellness Collective. Her own path to self healing inspires her to share her story and the beautiful medicine she practices with others to begin them on their journey to their happiest, healthiest selves.

Rachel is trained in tuina, cupping and gua sha in addition to acupuncture. She is currently offering those services while she finishes her licensing for acupuncture.

When not at work you will find Rachel out hiking with her husband and three rescue pups or sweating it out in a hot yoga class!

They founded Willow and Water Healing and Massage to help facilitate the ritual of re-balance through which energies traveling within the web of life, through and around a subject, are harmonized. They are excited to help their clients conceptualize and investigate their own methods of healing through therapeutic massage and Reiki.

Conor holds a master’s degree in Outdoor Education and Leadership where he studied Reiki as a framework for experiential education. He is a native of Missoula and a veteran.

Jess grew up in Upstate New York and moved to Missoula ten years ago. They love to travel, but Missoula will always be home. When not practicing, they like to spend their time outdoors backpacking, fishing, and hanging out with their two dogs.

Reiki Master, Wellness Coach and Instructor, Deep Relaxation Guide

Susan practices wellness modalities from Eastern, Western and Sacred traditions. Providing a safe and supportive environment, she helps clients find balance, clarity and healing.

With an integrative approach, Susan provides consultations to develop customized health and wellness plans, and shares information and techniques that help manifest positive change. She practices Reiki energy rebalancing body work, and guides deep relaxation sessions to promote healing based on each person’s unique needs. Clients also take away valuable skills that can be used in daily life to further reach their wellness goals.

Susan is a certified Reiki Master in the Usui tradition, and is certified in Energy Medicine, Mindfulness, Meditation, and Stress Management. She is also a Wellness Class Instructor.

Beyond wellness practice, Susan can be found deep in nature, exploring the arts, writing, cooking local foods, spending time with family and friends, and volunteering in the community.
